About Hollander's Comfort Council

Between job-related stresses and the pressures of raising a family, people need a sanctuary to relax and unwind. To address this, the Comfort Council was created by Hollander Home Fashions, an established basic bedding manufacturer. The Council is an independent, objective advisory board of design and lifestyle experts that specialize in helping consumers achieve comfort in the home and in life.

Discomfort in the home can lead to stress, or more importantly, will fail to relieve the stress one incurs outside the home. Therefore, the Council focuses on educating consumers on the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of comfort and helping them make better decisions on how to create a relaxing and secure lifestyle.

The Council has brought together experts in the fields of interior design, feng shui, color, bedroom fashions, stress and ergonomics. Each advisor’s expertise falls into one of two main areas: home décor and health & fitness. Both categories focus on harmonizing comfort and lifestyle for every individual.
