jeff hollander
Jeff Hollander spent his childhood summers working in Hollander Home Fashions factories to learn the ins-and-outs of the bedding industry from his father, Leo Hollander. As a teen, Jeff was managing one of Hollander's manufacturing facilities on his own. Twenty-five years later, Jeff plays an integral role in managing the company as chief executive officer. Hollander is an established basic and fashion bedding manufacturer and has been in business for 50 years.

carmen natschke
Carmen Natschke is the award winning designer and co-founder of Room In A Kit LLC and The Decorating Diva LLC. She is the recipient of the Gifts and Decorative Accessories (GDA) Retailer Excellence Award in Visual Merchandising for her outstanding retail design and merchandising skills. Carmen’s design and trend forecasting expertise is sought by clients, industry giants, and the national television, print and web-based media – from NBC to Woman’s World to flooring titan FLOR. In October 2008, she was a featured design trend expert for the 2008 edition of the Minneapolis Parade of Homes guidebook.
She launched Room In A Kit LLC,a home décor and consulting business in 2000; operating both in the bricks world and via ecommerce. In 2002, to meet the market demand for decorating knowledge, Room In A Kit LLC spun off a new business venture - Decorating Divas LLC workshops and design training center. By 2003, Decorating Divas LLC secured an online presence with The Decorating Diva.com – and The Decorating Diva LLC Publishing was born.
Today, The Decorating Diva.com is the premier online magazine for coverage on the latest trends in: home design, Green design, color, home decor and healthy home living, holiday decorating, as well as, reviews of a variety of home decorating products.

louis smith
Louis Smith, Hollander Home Fashions’ new director of brand management is a 16-year veteran in the retail industry. Smith worked for Hollander between 1993 and 1995 as an account executive/display director, and in his new role, he’ll provide consultation to the sales team to ensure product knowledge and profitable account growth. Additionally, he will be responsible for product design, developing new product lines and assortments, and increasing the corporate branding representation as well as managing licenses including Laura Ashley.
Smith returns to Hollander after serving as vice president of sales at Keeko LLC. He also worked at Revman International and Sheridan Australia where his most recent positions included brand manager/national accounts manager and marketing and product development manager, respectively. Prior to his original stint at Hollander, he was the assistant to the vice president of marketing for Croscill Home Fashions.

mike tringale
Mike Tringale is a consumer health communications professional and is currently the director of external affairs for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), a patient advocacy group in Washington, D.C. Tringale is the editor of AAFA's publications including their national newsletter, FreshAAIR, and has co-written and edited articles for health magazines including Coping and Asthma Today, medical periodicals including Academy News and Advance for Respiratory Care Professionals, and health industry trade magazines including Communique for Healthcare PR.
Previously, Tringale served as director of marketing and communications for the Georgetown University Medical Center and director of marketing and communications for the Brookings Institution, a public policy think-tank in Washington, D.C. Tringale received a Master of Science degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a certificate of advanced studies in international business from Georgetown University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Mary Washington College.
