Very soft and fluffy
Bought a Full/Queen for my full size duvet. It is true to size in that it was slightly wide for my full size duvet. It is thick and fluffy and gave my duvet a nice puffy look. It does have corner loops for attaching to duvet cover. Quality and construction appear to be very good. I don’t t know about the “cooling” effect though - seems very warm to me.
