Live Comfortably, North America’s largest utility bedding manufacturer, has announced the initiation of mattress pad and protector production at its plant in Martinsville, NC. The line will be capable of supporting Live Comfortably’s entire US retailer base. The domestic production line establishes Live Comfortably as the only large-scale US manufacturer of poly fill mattress pads and protectors.
Three months after announcing its acquisition of Downlite, Live Comfortably has absorbed the company’s manufacturing into its operations. Live Comfortably, the largest utility bedding in the U.S., recently completed the integration of Downlite‘s facility in Mason, Ohio. It joins Live Comfortably’s portfolio of plants in North Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

BOCA RATON, FL – Live Comfortably has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Serta Simmons Bedding for a seven-year term, extending the companies' existing partnership through 2032.
The company – formerly Keeco’s basic bedding division – is adding pillow production to its facility in California and investing in additional comforter production lines to answer the demand for more U.S.-made goods. The additional West Coast pillow production will be housed in Live Comfortably’s 1.3 million square foot Moreno Valley location.
